At any given time, we typically work with teams of 8 or fewer. Mentoring is a critical aspect of the program, and in smaller teams, we can give each participant the attention they deserve. However, we do often work with larger teams and can adapt our programs to suit their size.
Our program generally runs throughout the length of a participant’s probation period. This ensures they have sufficient time to settle into their role, understand the business, and grow. It also helps us gather higher-quality insights to present to you after program completion.
